About the Position
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to the Prep 3 class, inspiring every pupil to achieve their full potential.
- Planning and preparing creative lessons and learning materials that promote academic progress and personal development.
- Conducting effective assessments to monitor pupil progress and identify opportunities for further growth.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of the school curriculum to meet the needs of all learners.
About you
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Experience teaching at Key Stage 2, with the ability to engage and inspire pupils in Prep 3.
- Strong lesson planning, classroom management, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to teaching.
- A strong commitment to professional growth and reflective practice.
